Produced in Brooklyn, NY, the show was created when high school friends Rob & Nick began writing together. Rob approached fellow Emerson College alumni Ballard about directing. They decided to make six episodes and call it a season.
As part of launching the series, the creators also ran a one-month-long twitter campaign of 28 additional videos, reaching out to different celebrities - EVERY WEEKDAY during April 2013 - with personalized pitches to be in future episodes of the show.
